Honoring a Hero, Helping His Family

On November 26, tragedy struck the Maldonado family when Officer Jason Maldonado, a veteran and dedicated San Antonio Park Police officer of over 15 years, was severely injured in a hit-and-run accident that claimed the life of his wife, April. April worked for the Bexar County Sheriff’s office as a probation officer, and April and Jason were married for 18 years. As Jason faces a long recovery journey—while caring for his four children—our community has the opportunity to come together to provide vital support during this unimaginable time.

How to Help
The 100 Club has launched this dedicated donation page to raise money to provide additional financial relief for Jason and his children. Your generous contributions will help ensure they have the resources they need for healing and rebuilding their lives.

All funds raised on this site through January 31, 2025—the date of our annual Boots & Badges Casino Night—will go directly to the Maldonado family. All donation are 100% tax deductible.
